Double Nickels Day

Last year was my Beddian Birthday, this year it's my Double Nickels. In other words, as of 7:45 this morning I am now 55! How on earth did that happen?

(I was posting funny quotes on aging here, when I got sidetracked by this and remembered that I am BLESSED to be able to grow old. Then I decided to make a donation for this in honor of my birthday and in hope that these little ones may grow old too.).

Happy birthday on your Double Nickels day! I'm soon to reach that one myself and often say "how did I get to be this age already?" I hardly feel over 30, well okay, make that 40...er...45!!! :) I came to say hello from Rachel's where she is kicking herself for having been so forgetful! :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR DEBBIE
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU

'Double nickels' sounds so lovely 'double five pence pieces' sounds rubbish, I think I'll be in the US for that birthday.

Hope you have a great day

Happy belated b-day! This picture is as cute as the pin the tail on the donkey one. I'm 3 mo older than you so, relax. I always feel like I'm a younger version looking out! I'm constantly thinking "What the heck happened?"
