Old Fashioned Oatmeal - 3 fists full
Roasted Walnuts, chopped - 1/2 dozen of so
Craisins - about a dozen
Pure Maple Syrup, none of that nasty faux stuff! - about a tablespoon
Blueberries, fresh from the garden - about 1/4 cup
Milk - just enough to cover
I get everything together soaking in the milk while I pick the berries. Simply delicious.)
