Blue Ribbon Bran Muffins


I thought you might enjoy this recipe if eating right is on your list of New Years Resolutions. Rachel made them for the county fair one year when she was little and won a blue ribbon with them. This is a good recipe for folks who think bran tastes like cardboard. They are light, slightly sweet, and a bit nutty. Yum...
